Contemporary Dance Workshop

Ahead of SDC's brand new production 'The View from Mars', dancers are invited to an exclusive opportunity to dive into the world of contemporary dance, and learn choreography from the show in this workshop led by Dominic Harrison who will star in the performance.

The session will open with a contemporary technique class, including fundamentals such as floor work and traveling phrases, followed by a detailed session being coached on unseen choreography from the show. Dancers with experience in either ballet or contemporary are welcome, and we especially welcome dancers who haven't explored contemporary before.
