Our week-long summer intensive for passionate dancers aged 11–22 returns to the heart of Belfast this August. With two groups across two beautiful studios, dancers will enjoy a high-energy week of ballet, contemporary, and more, led by professional dancers working across the UK and Europe.
JUNIOR
Age and level guidance:
Ages 11-14
Ballet Grades 3-5 (or equivlanet
Our Junior Group offers an energetic and fun experience for young dancers looking to grow in confidence and ability. It’s a brilliant chance to train with experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
Throughout the week, dancers will:

Strengthen ballet technique

Learn solos from iconic ballets

Explore contemporary dance in a creative way

Gain confidence in performance and expression

Make new friends and feel part of a team!
Summer Dance Lab is built around encouragement, growth and enjoyment.
Our Teaching Artists are not only experienced professionals but also warm and supportive mentors.
SENIOR
Age and level guidance:
Ages 15-22
Ballet Grade 6+ (or equivalent)
Whether you're aiming for a future in dance or just love to train at a high level, the Senior Group brings the energy and intensity of a professional setting, with a full week of technique and performance skills across ballet and contemporary dance.
Senior dancers will:

Refine ballet technique with daily Vaganova style classes

Be coached on iconic classical solos and ensemble repertoire

Learn contemporary repertoire from iconic stages

Explore character and stage presence

Build strength and stamina

Gain insight into the life of professional dancers
